I normally try to avoid chain franchise restaurants because of their lack of atmosphere and originality, but I thought Bill Batemans might have been different, well I was mistaken. The food was tasty, but hardly original. It was a very upscaled TGI Friday or one of the others. Furthermore, the prices was reasonable.
I went there because of my cousin's 14th birthday. I liked this restaurant because it had that neighborhood vibe to it. It was a place were the family could socialize adults and children. The servers were very polite but my food took kinds long. It was unique how they sang happy birthday to my cousin; they did it military style. But overall, if you want to taste what the average person from Baltimore County is tasting, you have to come to Bill Bateman's Bistro.
