After visiting this location several times the service is tremendously slow. (always) Upon waiting for several minutes in an empty store the food is cold. When asked to exchange for hot food there is always an attitude involved. There is never a sense of urgency to get the customers in and out thus nulifying the term fast food. Employee's are always playing along with the manager this store to me is the worse that I have ever visited and would strongly recommend that no one else visit. Maybe Corporate McDonald's needs to monitor stores like this it won't be hard to find out why I am writing this review. Stop in anytime and be assured to receive slow and unsatisfactory service.
I was the paying customer who was inconvenienced after having to return to the Hazelwood McDonalds to get the dbl chz brgr and fries I didn t get the first time when I went there on 10/30/2013. The mgr today 11/02/13 told me that she couldn t help me again in the future because they have a cut off limit , but when I inquired as to when was the cut-off limit she said she didn t know. My gripe and concern to her working as the face of McDonalds was that she was very disrespectful in her reprimanding tone. I m the one having to go out of my way, burn more gas, waste more time, to fix an error that the staff of McDonald s made. I had my receipt, was very polite and patient, but still you opted to treat me with disrespect. I am a very dissatisfied customer, and the sad truth is that thousands of complaints similar to mine will go unnoticed and the same disrespectful treatment will continue.
