Great Service and Excellent Food! Donot Come Doing Peak Hours of Operation. Long Wait Times!

As always, classic Cheesecake Factory. They were busy but our food came out promptly. Guacamole was insanely good, as was the pumpkin pecan cheesecake. Yum

My husband & I took our children to The Cheesecake Factory last week and we were all very disappointed. We waited about 40 minutes, no big deal, I expected that. But I personally thought that the place had no atmosphere and the menu was way too big and a little TOO diverse. How can you be good at any one thing when you have so much on the menu. I like variety, but that was ridiculous! We waited entirely too long for our food and believe me, it was not worth the wait. The portions are huge, but that certainly does not make up for the lack of flavor. They DO NOT have chefs working for them, they are cooks. I really do not understand why people pack this place. I can just assume that they do not know good food. This is a restaurant to go to if you like the chain restaurants.If you enjoy good food and I mean GOOD food, then don't go to The Cheesecake Factory! It is a waste of money!!!! One good thing was the waitress. She was fantastic.

First off let me say the food is awesome. Huge value from a huge menu at a fantastic price. But the wait times are ridiculous and they don't make reservations. Not a great place to bring kids to either as the wait and cramped waiting area are not conducive to a good meal. Despite these shortcomings we'll be back. The food is that good.

Ok I am not one to review chain restaurants unless something went way wrong or I was blown away. I ventured here with my husband last weekend and was pretty satisfied with the food and service. I had the EVELYN'S FAVORITE PASTA - Penne Tossed with Broccoli, Oven-Dried Tomato, Roasted Eggplant, Peppers, Artichoke, Kalamata Olives, Basil, Garlic, Pine Nuts and Parmesan Cheese ( I suggest they had a bit more olives and artichokes). Overall, it was very good and the serving was huge ( couldn't even finish it at home in one more seating). My Husband had the FARFALLE WITH CHICKEN AND ROASTED GARLIC -Bow-Tie Pasta, Chicken, Mushrooms, Tomato, Pancetta, Peas and Carmelized Onions in a Roasted Garlic-Parmesan Cream Sauce (this one was also VERyY good and huge). The bread they served to munch on before hand was warm and yummy. We tried to figure out what he darker bread was but had no luck (anybody know?). For dessert we ordered 2 slices of FRESH BANANA CREAM CHEESECAKE -Banana Cream Cheesecake Topped with Bavarian Cream and Fresh Sliced Bananas. We ate one there and took the other one home and ate it the following day (still very yummy then also). For the price for a slice you get a large serving. If you aren't a big whip cream fan tell the waiter because they put a lot on the plate. Our waiter was VERY busy but was also very attentive which I was very pleased with. Next time I head back I will try a sandwich- they sounded GREAT!

All I have to say is that they have a burger there that have the beef, steak, bacon AND cheese. It was the best thing EVER!!! My husband and I also had the salmon and chicken combo platter, the chicken was GREAT!!!

First, let me start off by saying that I was fully aware of the popularity of the CC Factory. Therefore, we arrived at 4:30 in hopes to sit by at least 6:30 (for a party of 10). We were told there was a 90 minute wait (no problem). Come back in 45 minutes to pick up your beeper (again, no problem). Almost, 90 minutes later we were being seated by the host. Unfortunately, we walked completely through the restaurant and out the doors to be seated OUTSIDE. At this time the temperature had dropped and the wind increased to a cool 45 degrees. We were told that first available (which we agreed to) was for inside or outside...not smoking or non-smoking. A fact that was NOT disclosed when putting our name in. What was more irritating was the fact that the host gave us SUCH an attitude...that it was OUR fault and we would have to wait an additional 45 minutes! PLEASE!!! We even agreed to split up into two groups to make seating easier. He was NOT willing to budge at all! 30 minutes later a VERY nice hostess (apologizing left and right) finally squeezed us into a table set for 8. The problem with changing restaurants at 6:30 would have been ridiculous. We would have never gotten a reservation before 8:00 anywhere esle. We were stuck, and he knew it. Moral of the story...don't assume. Food was good by the way!

I love The Cheesecake Factory. The food and ambiance is great. I just hate the long waits at peak times.

Definitely a great dining experience, but be prepared for a little bit of a wait! Everyone is craving that Vanilla Bean Cheesecake.
