It's a shame this place is so small. Literally tucked away in a corner of Mount Vernon, it deserves to be much bigger. Not that the management doesn't do the most with the available space. Its four-table dining area is decorated very tastefully, and Thai prints adorn the walls. But the food, delicious Thai staples like Pad Thai, Lemongrass soup, and a fantastic Chicken Marmasan, really deserve a more luxurious setting. As it is, it makes for a great carryout lunch or dinner option.
The food is very bland and the place is dirty. Avoid this place. Try and find other alternative rather than settling for this place. We live next door. We live next door so we been there many times. Trust us! Don't waste your money.
Wonderful Thai Food, Best place to eat six times a week
By A Yahoo Contributor, 12/12/04
This is by far the best thai restraunt in Baltimore. The food for the money is unbeatable, and the quality is impossible to find around here. The previous user has never had true thai food, obviously, as this master chef, though tempermental, is truely the best I've ever come across in my many travels.
The owner is a very tempermental chef, there isn't any doubt about that, but it is his wonderful and savory delicacies that keep people coming back. The previous user's experience is probably the exception, not the rule. His Pad Thai is by far the best in the tristate area. It leads me to believe the previous user has never had REAL thai food before.
