The service and food at Westminster is better than Eldersburg. We ate in the bar and had a good bowl of soup and a couple appetizers. The food was hot and the service was good.

The meals are prepared competently, but you have to order a lot separately to get a complete meal, so it seems a bit expensive for what you end up with.

Awesome service, awesome food & drinks, friendly atmosphere....the place is so authentically Italian I felt like a Soprano when I left there...after 10 martinis.

Great Italian food, with a nice decor. Hard to believe you are in an office building! Service is impeccable. And, you just might see someone you know because it is that neighborhood nice restaurant that you want to enjoy time and time again!

Don't let the exterior fool you - try this place for some of the only creative food and truly delicious food in Bel Air.
