Dalesio's Restaurant-Lttl Itly, Baltimore

Three of us gals decided to go to Little Italy for dinner after seeing the 2:00 p.m. matinee of Flashdance at the Hippodrome. We didn t have a particular restaurant in mind so when we parked on the lot directly across from Dalesio s the parking attendant highly recommended Dalesio s. We took him up on his recommendation and our dining experience was, as he stated, 5 Star. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the food outstanding. They split a Caesar salad three ways for us with just the right portion amount and they also split our dessert three ways with a generous portion for each of us. Our dinners were wonderful and served in a timely manor. Three gals out on the town were made to feel very welcome however it s a wonderful restaurant to go with your special someone. We had a group of 20 people, and we had walked all over Baltimore so when we got to Little Italy we were very hungry. Dalesio s had fantastic food and it was served quickly and fresh. It was delicious! We definitely plan to return to this excellent restaurant. I recommend it to all.

My first visit to this great Little Italy resturant. I get back to Baltimore a couple of times a year. This trip was special and I took Bishop Robinson and Ed Woods here for a late lunch. The food was fantastic both in taste and presentation. The kitchen gets 5 stars. Owner Paul Oliver was attentive and for sure the man behind the great food and exceptional service. We were looking for a place to have a group dinner after our daughter's graduation from Loyola College, unfortunately it was the same day as the Preakness. I called Dalesio's and spoke with Michael. We had a party of about 50 people and I was doubtful I'd find someplace to accommodate us. Not only did Dalesio's accommodate us, but they did a fabulous job. They were ready for us when we arrived. We had a private room upstairs with our own bar, bathroom and balcony (much appreciated by the smokers) The service was attentive, friendly and efficient. The choices we were offered were perfect and all diner's enjoyed their meals. I can't say how pleased we were with the whole evening. They made this wonderful event in our lives extra special. I have received many call's and e-mails saying how wonderful Dalesio's was. I would highly recommend this restaurant to my friends. Thank You Dalesio's!!

From the time we were seated, it took over an hour before any food was brought out. My friends ordered a salad that they seemed to forget about. They didn't get it for an hour. The food still was another half hour before it was brought out. The staff never tried to offer us anything for the inconvience. We even had to order some bread to ease the hunger and they didn't even try to make ammends by not charging us for that. I have never waited longer for food, and even when I have had to wait most places with discount the meal to some extent as a kind gesture to help make up for there problems.

Dalesio's in little italy is such a cute restaurant. It's very small and quiet, the food there is magnificent, and it is SO romantic. So if you ever have a big date coming up, this is the place to go.

You sit close to the other patrons, the service is quick, polite, and readily available, the food is some of the best Italian I've ever had (and I grew up in in Italian neighborhood). Healthful, tasty, filling, and in a neighborhood worth walking through when you're done (in case you eat yourself silly).
