The chicken is fatty and gross. I tried to send them an email to let them know, so they could fix - and the only email address I could find in their website (under catering) doesn't work.

Good if your on an expense account, but on your on dime value is not there. Kind of sterile. Leave fun at the door. Will be back though.

The best customer service in Baltimore. I went for an anniversary dinner. We were treated with a high level of respect and courtesy. I recommended Ruth's Chris to a friend from Georgia and the were extremely pleased also. I plan to continue to celebrate there.

#1 on my list of favorite restaurants. The food is absolutely fantastic... appetizers, entrees, dessert, everything is delicious and perfect. Impeccable service, I have never experience better waitstaff; they treat you like royalty. Havana Club upstairs is also very nice... a great place to dance or just relax.

I have been to the Water street restaurant between 15 and 20 times, and we have never been disappointed! There has never once been a wait or a mistake. Each time, the food is amazing. The steaks are always prepared perfectly. I recommend combining your steak with the lump crab meat! The staff is very welcoming and most servers are very knowledgable and attentive. Of course it's pricey, but WELL worth it. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. We love it! This is a great place for a romantic meal or business group - not for kids.

This place is AWESOME and the FOOD excellent. I highly recommend the shrimp barbecue as an appetizer and the prime rib. The service is excellent and you are treated like a king. KUDOS to the waitress named "Sonia" for her superior service. The beauty about this place is after dinner, you can go right upstairs to the HAVANA CLUB for a little dancing and drinking. I also recommend a "mojito" drink along with a Hemingway Classic cigar.

This is the first out of many Ruth's Chris I've been to, and it have the most romantic atmosphere of them all! I would rate it the most romantic restaurant if it was not so busy. Their servers are wonderful. I highly recommend their lamb chops and filet.

i was treated like a king.the service was super,and of course the meal was to die for.my date thought she had died and one to heaven. i highly recomend this restaurant. to top it off, a week later i recieved a card from the waiter saying it was his pleasure to serve us.WOW

This is a really fancy steakhouse located on Inner Harbor in Baltimore. I sat up at the bar, so my review will be based on that experience. My bartender was really good, and he know a lot of wines and alcohol. I ordered a New York Strip steak that was priced around $33.00. It was fabulous, but I don't know if it was the best steak I've ever had. I recommened this steakhouse if one is willing to throw down a lot of money

I have visited this restaurant in August the past two years while on business and cannot say enough good things about it! The ambiance upstairs is warm and comfortable - you're enveloped in dark wood paneled walls, truly insulated from the noise and frenzy which can happen in the immediate neighborhood. The waiters I have had could not have been friendlier - knowing when to come around and when to stay away. And the sizzle!! The steaks were among the best I have ever had. This would be a wonderful date or special occasion place.
