Rafael's Restaurant, Westminster

I've been to Rafael's on a few occasion's because my friends insist on going there, though I am not sure why. The first time I went, we had to wait an hour to get seated and we had reservations. The next time I went with only one other person and we waited 30 minutes at our table for a server to come to us, and they never did. And there was only 1 other table seated. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. The food is pretty good, if a bit pricey. But you're going to have to wait a while to actually get there. Not worth it, really. Go across the street to O'Lordan's, better food and service.

Rafael's is a great place to dine. The food does not disappoint! I have been there for a great brunch on several occasions as well as dinner several times. It's pleasant atmosphere is relaxing and the service is stellar. The prices are moderate; I would recommend it to anyone. I love to eat out on the deck in good weather. Our County needed a place like Rafael's. Very friendly staff.
