The food is subpar at best. It used be okay but now it is just really bad. Even when we tried it again tonight after a bad experience we hoped it would be better and once again it failed. With the economy tanking I will take my $ somewhere where my entire family can enjoy their meal and not leave feel like we just got ripped off on a microwaveable meal.
well, i have been going to unos for 3 straight weekends and i just love their shrimp and steak.
The one thing that is bad is that, the restaurant is always crowded and i prefer quiet places, but i still always go back for the steak and shrimp *smiling*
I actually enjoy the other offerings at Uno far more than the pizza. I have recently enjoyed the Strawberry Salad which is a good combo of savory and sweet and tonite I had the Chopstick salad. The grilled chicken on top and the sesame seeds really made this salad worth taking my time and enjoying every bite.
We enjoy Uno's food, and the portions are excellent. The service at this location needs some inprovement. The hostess was not polite (nor was she mean, just kind of blah) and the waiter was slow to refill, or stop by and see if everything was ok. If we were there when it was particularly busy, one could understand, but we were there with MAYBE 4 other tables of people.
Nothing outstanding. Service, food, and value are average. Not bad. Not good. I would only go to Uno's if the other restaurants in the area are crowded.
They have curbside carryout which is nice. They use a video camera to see when you arrive. This is smart and efficient.
