McDonald's, Clarksville

I was just looking at Yahoo yellow pages for a phone number and saw the review FOODLOVERS had written about McDonald's. I do not agree about the management because I think Joe is really great. Hope Foodlovers talks to him and I am making note about her complaint.

This McDonald used to be one of the nicest McDonalds, but it seems to be struggling with management as the staff is less friendly, and sometimes even has really disrespectful attitudes. There seems to be an increasing general disrespect for customers. I notice sometimes the restaurant fails to follow its own rules, and changes its mind with no regard for the customers. Once, the restaurant left signs about closing early, but ended up harassing all the patrons over an hour before the stated closing time to leave. Another time they stated the children's playroom would be re-oppened at a certain time, but a half hour after their stated time, they continued to keep it closed and used it for space for their staff to dine privately instead. Cleanliness also seems an issue. Once we even found fruit flies in the iced tea. The service and cleanliness is spotty at best. This visit to McDonalds surprisingly left a bad taste in my mouth after the visit...
