I went to Cristina's on Monday, this was my second time going, and overall I'd say I enjoyed my meal. I like that each meal comes with a salad, since I love caesar salads. The two times I've come here I ordered fettuccine alfredo. The pasta was pretty plain, I had to keep adding and adding more cheese. However, my friend ordered penne alfredo and his had more flavor. Their prices are more expensive than other Italian restaurants like Olive Garden. I would normally add chicken to my pasta but with the chicken it was $4 more. Cristina's fettuccine alfredo with no chicken is the same price as Olive Garden's pasta with chicken. However I did have a wonderful desert, I think it was a special. It was strawberries with whipped cream. Although it is expensive and the food was pretty plain, the employees were extremely nice. I felt very welcome throughout my entire meal.

Where does one begin to describe the wonders that this quaint, little, simplistic restaurant have to offer. We were greeted by our server Alfredo who was running front of house this evening, and his warmth and charm permeated our area the moment we sat down. His service seems to mirror the entire staff's, ensuring that the customer is taken care of at every moment of the day. And I mean that literally. Having dined closer to closing time, with 15 mins left to close, a party of 4 had walked in and we're immediately seated, and greeted with a smile by Alfredo. While other servers in the past may have batted an eyelash at this situation, he handled this with the same charm he greeted us with removing any lingering doubts about this place. This is the kind of service that will have me back in a heartbeat. As for the food, it speaks volumes onto it's own. Simple, clean, rustic, charming, and made from the heart. I don't know what else I could ask for. The Calamari Fritti were exceptional, and reminds me of the very first time I was introduced to the dish. Many have since tried, but failed to recreate the robust flavors that the dish offers though Cristina pulls this off with relative ease. While the salad (the only bland part of the evening) left little to the imagination, our mains proved worthy with every bite. The pasta boscaiola left me savoring every twirl of the fork. So good in fact, there was no room for dessert. Rest assured that my next encounter with this elegant little restaurant will start off with their Tiramisu, and from there, who knows?!? Their menu is friendly to a multitude of options. I highly recommended this as one the best Italian restaurants in Montgomery County, and possibly the DC metro area. Who knows... maybe i'll see you there tomorrow.

Cristina's is our favorite Italian Ristorante. The Calamari is to die for. Our grandkids love it and the the lasagna. My favorite is the veal, I've had every veal dish on the menu and not a single disappointment. They have a very special touch with sauces not too sweet or oily. If you're a dessert freak you will be sated. A more friendly, attentive wait staff cannot be found anywhere in this area. Nick and Barbara welcome you as if you're back home. We'll be there again tonight.

Awesome! I had the lasagna bolognese al forno and my wife had the fettucini alfredo, and they were both great. I recommend the teramisu -- it's awesome! Nice atmosphere, you are definitely at home here --- almost like going to your grandmothers' house. We will return! Do make reservations though --- it was crowded, and even those who had reservations were waiting for a while. The wait though was most definitely worth it.

Food is always wonderful and has some innovative combinations. My only concern is that they surprisingly are never very busy. This is a great little hidden get-away that I always enjoy!

Cristina's has become our family's favorite place to eat. The butternut squash ravioli is a special that has become my FAVORITE food!!! the bread is delish and the tiramisu is to DIE for. the wait staff and owners also seem extremely curteous and kind. GO!

What a fantastic find. Cristina's was recommended by friends that enjoy fine dining. We tried it several months ago and have been back a dozen times since. Great food and friendly service with a great wine selection, a real dining pleasure. Keep up the great work your the best in the state by far.
