Mamasake is a sushi restaurant serving contemporary California-style sushi and Calasian tapas at the base of Squaw Valley Ski Resort. Mamasake serves only the best fish, flown in daily from fish markets in Hawaii and Japan. We have vegetarian, gluten and transfat-free foods. Bring your non-fish eating friends - we can take care of them too! Most items are organic, eco-friendly and sustainably produced. Outstanding food and lively atmosphere cannot be beat.
