Had a reservation, got seated 45 minutes after alloted time. Took over 5 minutes before our drink order was taken. Chair was run into my serving cart twice with no excuse me or sorry. The sides were great but my steak was suppose to be Medium well and it was burnt. This was my anniversary so I was not about to have a conversation with the manager and ruin our night but it sure wasn't the night I had hoped. I spent $175 & felt like I could have gotten the same or better service at Outback Steakhouse.
