Valentino, Las Vegas

I had the opportunity to dine at Valentino during my trip to Las Vegas last weekend, and I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with my experience. The hostess ushered in my boyfriend and me to the back dining room right away, and our maitre'd for the night was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. I ordered the King crab for an appetizer, and the texture of the meat simply whet my appetite for more. For my main entree, I tried the shellfish medley with vegetables, and I can't have been more pleased with my choice! The spices the chef used were subtle but really blended everything together. The sommelier also gave great recommendations for wine pairings. The service was very attentive throughout our meal, and the back dining room is very quiet and elegant. My boyfriend and I can't wait to visit Valentino again on our next trip!
