Ben's Chili Bowl, Washington

We at Zena s daycare look forward to going to work on Monday cause our boss always gets us Ben s chili bowl for lunch,and were in Manassas Va. You are the best !!!

The halfsmoke with chili was wonderful, the ambiance was wonderful and the staff was very friendly.

Horrible!!!!! Dirty. had to find someone to wipe off the table. The hamburger patties looked and tasted factory made. Staff disorganized.

I went there but didn't order because the line was around the block. Took at pic of the front though just to say I have been there.

I enjoyed my dining experience @ Ben's Chili Bowl: Menu Items are reasonally priced. The Chilli is delicious.

Had heard about this place and couldn't wait to try it out. It really is an experience that just makes you smile. The food is great, the customers friendly and the staff are fun yet committed to serving you. If I had a complaint it would be that the order line is too long. However, if they changed the set-up they would also lose their charm. Went right back the next week!

Ben's is the best on the late night/club night, a true U Street crowd pleaser.

Ben's Chili Bowl was well worth the trip. We planned our first day in D.C. around having lunch here. The place was packed, but service was fast and on the mark. Finding a seat was easy, people are in and out fast. Best Chili dog and Chili Cheese Fries I have ever had. This is a must stop for anyone traveling to D.C.

If you are a health food nut skip Ben's Chili Bowl. For those of us that love flavor with our food, there's none better. The chili dogs are to die for whether straight up, half-smoke, or smothered in chili. I have traveled all over the world and the U.S. and haven't foud a better dog anywhere. That includes New York City and Chicago. As a frequent visitor to Washington DC I always make it a point to go to Ben's for lunch one day. If not two. In my opinion Ben's Chili Bowl is worth traveling from Austin or anywhere to get the best hot dogs in the U.S.
