I'd go just for the pictures on the walls, but the martinis and the food and the jolly attendants make it all the better.

A reincarnated version of a Washington institution that serves good traditional American food in an active and bustling atmosphere. It's not surprising to see Washington politicians and press corps types.

I was served a dry, virtually tasteless piece of halibut, which was obviously not fresh. The place exudes Horse Country colonial stuffiness, and the waitress tried to be sweet.
