We have been going to this restaurant for several years and it used to be good. They moved this year, and the restaurant changed significantly.
We arrived with reservations and were seated in a section with ugly bamboo wallpaper and very uncomfortable benches. We asked if we could move, and we were told we would have to wait 45 minutes if we wanted a different table. That is, we would have to go to the end of the line.
When we complained about this to the manager at the end of the meal, we were told to call the owner the next day. When my mother offered to pay the check the next day after speaking with the owner, a different owner arrived from the kitchen. This particular owner told her that it was âour decisionâ to eat at his restaurant, and that it was restaurant policy to make guests wait at the end of the line if they donât like their table.
The food was ok, but the ugly atmosphere, arrogant management, and two other sushi restaurants just down the road make this restaurant worth a pass.
