WT Smithers, Dover

This place is just like cheers! For the most part there are the same group of regulars that come in daily for happy hour. The bartenders and wait staff are charming, quick, and make delicous drinks! The chicken salad, Big Al burger, and southwest eggrolls are to die for. The restaurant is nestled in a historic home, with beautifully decorated rooms, a quaint upstairs bar with a fireplace, and a deck with sand around a back bar, it has become our favorite place to hangout any day of the week!!

Very Friendly staff and finally have a good chef! The burgers and wings are soooo good and the main reason I go there. Oh yeah and they have the best drink prices around....ha ha that might play into my decsion a little, but the wife loves the food.

If you like to be seated with house flies, fruit flies, dirty silverware, dirty glasses and less than appetizing food this is the place for you! It is a bar and a bar only..leave it to the college kids, go to a real restaurant 33 West just down the street.

Awesome bartenders - Ask for Frazier or Todd. Crab cakes are the best on Delmarva and a little different every time (made from scatch individuall7) music schedule isnt always firm, but good music all the same

Every time we go to W.T. Smithers is a good time!! Its a mix between an after work drink spot and an older college student hang out. Its antique setting with crown molding goes perfectly with its atmosphere. Smithers is the place to be on Wednesday nights featuring drink specials and a dance party by DJ Mike.

College hangout, food not impressive, staff not attentive. I used to go there a lot and loved it but it is not the same.

i liked everything that this restaurant and bar have to offer .. it has a homey, comfortable atmosphere. there is great service and the prices are great as well as their food... i recommend this place to anyone who likes to expericance a layed back evening.

Great food, great service. Stopped for a quick bite and were glad we did. Good choices on the menu and food was well prepared. Wait staff was very charming and quick. We would definately go back.
