Cavalier East Restaurant, Dover

The staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs. Even the regulars and other diners were wonderfully affable! The restaurant just had this aurora of amicable neighbor-li-ness, if that's a word, LOL! I had an exceptional experience. Additionally, the food was awesome. For starters, I had a small bowl of their homemade crab soup - creamy perfection. I then had the pork chops, macaroni and cheese, and collard greens. Everything was piping hot and well seasoned but not too salty - it was just right and reasonably priced too. I loved it and go back whenever I can.
