Trainer's Midway, Bethel

I got the baked haddock, macaroni and cheese, and stewed tomatoes for dinner, as it was supposed to be a special. I've never had bad diner food before, but this was HORRIBLE. Not only was the food only lukewarm at the hottest, but it tasted bad too. The fish had a texture that let me know that it had been previously frozen and was devoid of any sort of seasoning. The mac and cheese was gluey and the pasta was overcooked. I've never had stewed tomatoes that were sweet and thickened with flour, but I never will again. Although the food came out quickly after it had been ordered, it was cold, which gave me reason to believe that it had been pre-cooked and was sitting in some sort of container that was supposed to be keeping it warm (but failed). I was legitimately afraid of the food being contaminated with bacteria and making me sick since it wasn't up to temperature. I will NEVER return here and would even advise travelers to avoid eating at this place.
