8th July 2010 Good service, waiter extremely friendly. Ordered medium cooked steak & lobster tail. Steak was burned to an extend where it was way past well done, broccoli was overcooked as well. Why ask how you want your steak if they dont pay attention anyhow.

A really negative experience, even for a chain restaurant! I don't expect much from chains, but I *do* expect consistent quality. It started off small - the bar had 'run out of' limes and lemons. Then to the salad bar - one of their signature items. A half dozen empty bowls, and dismal looking lettuce. My entree was listed as being served with brown rice, but came with mashed ptoatoes. When I questioned it, I got an odd look from the waitress. But what really angered me was when I paid the bill. If, after all that, I gave you a credit card and $15 cash for a $35 tab, how would you assume the $15 was a tip (45%?!?!) and charge the full $35 to my credit card? (*and* tell me you don't think it can be undone?) Maybe you could have asked, if you hadn't been in such a hurry? I'll pay $10 for a round trip SEPTA ticket to the city next time before I'll *ever* go back here! So, so sad...

Worst meal ever. Stopped here for meal while traveling and staying at a nearby hotel. The service was fine including moving from one of the smallest 2-top booths in existence to a larger table. Server was friendly and helpful, but the food was absolutely awful. Overcooked veggies, inedible steak (which you have to try hard to do) and forgettable shrimp. Server's only suggestion to remedy was steak sauce. I didn't make a fuss, but I will be staying away from this place for good!

I'm glad someone had a good time at this place, cause we sure didn't. We had been to Ruby's before in other places, so when we moved to Philadelphia we were happy to see a familiar face. We went there once, and the service was fine. No problem. So then one night we decided to go back. And this time, it was a whole different story. Our troubles began the minute we walked in. There was no hostess standing at the podium. Figuring she was seating someone, we quietly waited for her to come back. But she didn't. A waitress wandering by smiled at us and told us she was on her way. So we waited some more. Five minutes later, a hostess comes up to seat us, and she has a bad attitude. She gets ill when we ask for a booth, and instead of giving us a big booth in the back (there were some open) she insists on us taking a small booth in the front. Then a waitress comes to take our orders. She seems nice enough. We order our food, and we wait. And we wait some more. Twenty minutes we're sitting there waiting, and then the waitress comes back. But not with our food! She's come to tell us that the kitchen gave our food to someone else, so we'll have to wait for them to do it over. So then we wait for another ten minutes. We've been in the restaurant now for 45 minutes and have no food. My husband is ready to get up and leave, but I make him wait, and finally our food comes out. The waitress is apologizing, but she makes no effort to make it up to us. No extra pickles, no free ice cream, no nothing. Then the waitress forgot about getting us ketchup for our fries, and she forgot when we asked for moist napkins. The guy sitting next to us had a similar experience, so my husband and he were talking across the aisle about the lousy service. We finally ask for the bill and she gives it to us. No discount for the wait, nothing. We leave her a small tip and leave, after being there over an hour.

A fan of Ruby Tuesday's
By ,
One Sunday, I went to a Ruby Tuesday's in Greenbelt, MD, and as always, the food and ambience of this restaurant is amazing. The crowd is completely satisfied with the food, the viewing of sports, etc. The food is fantastic, especially the pasta. I am a big pasta fan, and really enjoy the Tortellini. I can't wait to go back to RT's again.

Faboloussssssssssss!!!!!
I love me some Ruby Tuesday's because they have the best burgers & appetizers!!!! I also love the salad bar as well, because you have to eat healthy in order to live through. They have something for different people of eating types: from vegetarian to red meat lovers so it's also a place for families or even a romantic time for two. I always go back here because it's a place where you can grab a bite to eat & be filled up in minutes. I would recommend to everyone!
