Add a personal touch to your next business dinner or impress your friends or a date at this intimate Italian restaurant. Beautiful paintings adorn the walls of this quaint BYOB with a cozy, but spacious, dining room. Don't be surprised if a staff member performs an Italian opera classic for special guests or a special occasion, in a seemingly spontaneous manner. Start with an antipasti, mussels or octopus. Though there are poultry and seafood entrees, you should definitely try Gnocchi's home made pasta.
We had reservations for friday night at 8:30. I called to say we'd be a little late and they held the table for us until we arrived. Service was friendly and very authentic. The food was also very good. The only thing we didn't like was how close together the tables and chairs were. It was very cramped. But overall it was a good restaurant.
the dishes are simply prepared but done well. a cozy, well lit, brick bistro dining room, very romantic. The prices are reasonable and much of the staff has an italian accent. The fruita de mare is my favorite -a salad topped with fresh seafood- shrimp, grilled calimari, scallops, and salmon. deelish!
I was recommended this restaurant by someone who lived close by, and am I grateful! I will soon go back...the scene is comfy, the service is great, the food is some of the best authentic home cooked Italian I have ever had!
