Coast Restaurant, Vancouver

I have become addicted to going to Coast. The quality of this restaurant is on par with some of the best restaurants that I have gone to in London, New York, Boston, Toronto and San Francisco. The one way it is better is the staff are actually friendly, not snooty or too self important. The hostess is the best hostess I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. What about the food you ask? Creative and delicious. Decent size portions with fantastic seafood and perfectly cooked meats. They also have a great desserts chef. If you have a team, you should take advantage of their group table that has its own dedicated chef that cooks in front of you. Lots of fun and very tasty. Enjoy!
