Romano's Macaroni Grill, Fairless Hills

My friend and I just returned from dinner at this location. The food was way below expectations. We have eaten here many times in the past nd have been pleased, NOT this time, Their sizzeling selections are poor to say the least. The choppino was so spicy hot as to have no taste at all, except the distinctly strong fishy taste of the sole. My buddies chicken was watery and had a fishy taste also. With all the realy good resturaunts in this area it will be a long time till we return here. Our server Steph was pleasent and attentive enough however when we experssed our disappointment at the food no one from mangament even showed up to question why.

This is the place to be, if you want to feel like you are in the way or are a burden to be served. A friend and I had dinner at THIS Macaroni Grill in particular. We were seated immediatly by a pleasant hostess. After waiting 10 minutes, we asked our hostess who our waitress was, as we could here her yelling across the dining area 'It's me, and I am coming.' When she took our drink order, her feet never stopped moving. It seemed that everytime she catered our table it was in this fashion. The only thing that was 'placed' on the table was our drinks. Everything else seemed as it was almost dropped. My friend and I noted that this seemed to be the approach of almost all the servers. Not to mention one of the two host(s). A gentlemen asked a host where the restroom was located (which happened to be next to where they were standing.) The host did not even look up at the gentlemen. He just simply raised is arm and pointed. Never even looked up from his phone. To finish the experience.. we were never asked if we would like dessert. She just brought our check. I ordinarily tip between 10 and 15 dollars (not percent). This time I just left 5. I would also like to say that this is not the first Macaroni Grill I have been to. The others that I have been to have been fabulous. The food quality is great! I do not know if it was just the day, place, or the server inparticular, but this was a bad experience. I hope yours is better if you decide to go to this one.

Mangiare!! Italian food & wine is phenomenal at the Macaroni Grill. Italian bread dipped in olive oil, very traditional! Servers are very pleasant.

If you want fine italian cuisine, then this is the place for you. They have all your basic italian dishes and even some new ones that will knock your socks off. I had the twice baked lasagna with meatballs. This dish just melted in my mouth. It had 3 differented cheesed and meatballs. The atmosphere was wonderful. For couples, if you want an intimate and romantic atmosphere this is the place for you. Families, this place is great for you. It has something for everyone. The service there was quick and efficient. The waiters were very friendly and ready to whatever they have to, to see that your experinence is an enjoyable one. The bathrooms are nice and clean. Lastly The prices are affordable.
