Georgine's Restaurant, West Bristol

This was the first time I have been to this restaurant and I can say it was ok. We were seated immediately upon arrival. First complaint was the our menus, glassware, plates and silverware were VERY dirty. I cleaned my silverware and my plate with my napkin. I m guessing the dishwasher needs to be cleaned out or is just not working properly. The menu was mega old and falling apart. I was going to ask my friend if we could leave but he raved about that place so much that I decided to just give it a try. Our server Dave was good and he came over ASAP to make sure we were given water. The bread was nice and warm, the 2 butter spreads were good. Caesar salad was GREAT. Our food came out fast and the portions were a good size. Food was ok. Our server checked on us a lot and made sure everything was going well. My last complaint is that we felt rushed to leave when we finished our meal. Literally finished eating and felt like we were being kicked out. We couldn t even let our food settle. Well other then those 2 complaints it was ok. 3 out of 5 stars.

We've been coming to Georgine's for years and have seen a definite change in the service and the food. This last time was the last time we will ever dine there again. The portions are no longer as big as they were years ago...the staff is dressed like they should be working in a diner. I ordered Prime Rib and even though it was a large piece of meat..I could not eat half of it because of the grzzle and fat that made up a good part of the cut. My wife had the veal which is no longer hanging over the plate. We finished about 8 PM and the place was empty on a Thursday. No doubt people have figured out they can go somewhere else and pay a little more and get better quality.

I have never have gotten a bad meal. The portions are very large and you always get a second meal the next day. If you are on a budget and are need of a good night out with a few drinks and great food then Georgine's is the place. I recommend the Lobster Bisque and the Surf and Turf is out of this world.

If you like very large portions of garbage poorly prepared and served with an attitude you'll love this place!!! They might have been good once but no more. There was a roach on my table aswell.

My wife and I have been to Georgines many times since we have been married.In fact we had our wedding rehersal dinner there almost 25 years ago. I was shock Sat we were treated so rudely by the hostess that we had to leave, before we had a chance to order. We had a table for 7, and explained that 5 of us were ready to be saeted when the table came available. 2 in our party were 25 min late. We were seated 10 min, the hostess came and told us in an abrupt manor that if the other 2 in our party didn't arrive soon we'd have to give up the table this was about 6:15 , They were pushing us to order because they wanted the table by the 9 pm comedy show We would have ordered another round and appetizers, but the waitress wouldn't come to our table. We had to go to the bar to get a drink. About 10 minutes after the 1st hostess can to harass us, a 2nd showed up demanding we call the couple we were waiting for and ask them what they wanted so we could get our order in. About 2 minutes later the couple arrived. We all left in disgust. We found a nice place in Bensalem and dropped $400 I don't think we can ever go back to Georgines

I AM A SERVER MYSELF AND I NEVER HAVE GUESTS WAITING 20 MIN FOR A BOX AND A CHECK TO BE DROPPED. WHILE THE BUSSER HAD NO CLUE WHERE MY SERVER WAS. OVERALL I GIVE THIS PLACE 3 STARS DO TO POOR SERVERS. I WILL BE EATING HERE AGAIN TONIGHT...HOPFULLY IT WILL GO WELL

I have been going to Georgine's for years and never had a bad experince, as I say you will never leave hungry my pesonal favroite is the stuffed mushrooms, veal parm and also the veal oscar!!!!!

Probably the most underrated restaurant around the Philadelphia area. Food is always great and you can not beat the prices that they charge.
