Great food, fried rice is awsome! Fun atmosphere, the kids love it and they make a good long island iced tea which makes it fun for the adults as well.

My wife and I come here to eat at the hibachi tables quite often. We never get tired of the show the cooks put on, and the food is always excellent. Thy the mooschi ice cream for dessert... little flattened balls of ice cream wrapped in a gummy dough. They come in mango, chocolate, green tea, and red bean flavors.

Food at A1 is pretty good. Sushi is good but Hibachi is better. The Hibachi grill at A1 is great and is entertaining. Great choice for people looking for a place to meet friends or family.

Need new waitstaff

Service was horrible! None of the waiters were pleasant & I had to ask for napkins & a fork for my daughter 3 times. While I was there 2 other customers got up & left. The sushi rolls were def. not the greatest there is way better in the Lehigh Valley. It seemed as though the ppl that were at the hibachi grills were satisfied though, so if you do decide to go, go for that not for a sit down sushi dinner!

Great-every single time

We love this restaurant. The service is great, and the food is even better. I always order the strip steak and it never disappoints. The hibachi show is fun and never gets old, no matter how many times we've seen it. I look forward to the soup and salad as much as I do the main course. It's not a great place to go for a romantic dinner for two, since you're seated around a hibachi grill with roughly 8 or so other people. But if you're in the mood for a good time and great food with some entertainment thrown in on top of it all, this is the place to go.
