Stemies 1818 Tavern, Easton

Fun place with attentive staff and good food for your $$. We love their breakfast served all day - nothing like breakfast for dinner! We take family and grandkids when they visit - the kids love it because they have so much to look at. We keep going back for quick and inexpensive dining.

We had never been in the Easton area before and weren't sure where to go. On the advice of the concierge at the hotel, we tried Stemies and were extremely happy with not only the food but also the atmosphere, service and clientele. What a wonderful experience. We will surely recommend Stemies 1818 Tavern to anyone traveling through the area. I have absolutely no idea what those other comments could be referring to because our experience was absolutely wonderful.

Moved to town about two years ago. Always went by, but didn't stop. Now I am sorry I have missed it for that long. The inside is so cozy and quaint. But the food is what you will come back for. My husband and I go about twice a week and have always enjoyed the food and service. If you are looking for a place that is not fast food, then do yourself a favor and try Stemie's you won't be disappointed.

I just read some reviews of the 1818 Tavern and have to say I am stunned. Since Stemie took over we have never been less than delighted with the service and the food and I am as health conscious as the next guy. We bring everyone here as this is our favorite place. A wonderful mix of casual and elegant dining. Best crab cakes and burgers in town! A warm and comfortable place. Funny, if you read some of the reviews you would think it isn't busy, but that parking lot is full to overflowing every night of the week!

New ownership. Food is very good and moderately priced. Beer selection is decent. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Cozy charm, a real great neighborhood pub...highly recommended.
