Coopersburg Diner, Coopersburg

Sorry to say... both quality and service have been poor for the past couple of years. I live and work near Coopersburg, and have been frequenting the Coop for quite some time. Have been rather unhappy for the past 2 years. Our business orders lunch a few times/month. They never get our orders right... mine not even once. Food always looks like it was prepared and packaged by someone who really doesn't care. I understand this is just takeout, but it never used to be that way. Raised prices (which I didn't mind), but quality and service are rather poor these days. Example: Ordered a BLT, too bad the sandwich had no tomato. My last dine-in experience... was sitting next to a couple who questioned their bill. Waitress argued with them for at least five minutes regarding a slice of lemon, saying they were charged 10¢ extra for the lemon slice when they ordered water. C'mon. Would rather go across the street to the burger joint... at least I get what I pay for.

The Coopersburg Diner is terrific. The menu is large and varied. The food is very good. The prices are more than reasonable. The staff is friendly, efficient and very accommodating. It is clean. There is lots of parking. Coupons can be found in those blue Value Paks. It will be a pleasant surprise and you will find yourself coming back for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And, just wait until you try those deserts!
