Good food in a fabulous atmosphere. The Upstairs dining area in the tapas restaurant is breathtaking.

I have been to El Serrano before and the service was horrible, the food disgusting and our waitor walked out on us!!!!!!

Great food. I have never gotten anything there that I didn't like. Also good for vegetarians who may be picky about what they like. It can get very busy, but that is because it is worth the wait.

I've lived in lancaster for ten years and El Serrano is still my all-time favorite restaurant here. The authentic mexican cuisine is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The atmosphere is perfect for either a quiet, romantic dinner, a fun lunch reunion with friends, or a lively scene on the bar side. It is a classy restaurant with even classier food, yet jeans are always appropriate! The complimentary chips and salsa are homemade and always warm, and the salsa is fresh and perfectly spiced. The price is also reasonable. I recommend El Serrano to anyone looking for a fun and amazing meal!

Absolutely terrrible. We were so disappointed, The beef with potatoes "Peruvian" dish tasted so strongly of soy sauce and was so salty I could barely eat it. The "potatoes" mixed in with the beef were french fries! This is Peruvian? The Ceviche and other fish dishes weren't very good either. Our table of four didn't like anything except the decor. Never again.
