Lakeview Motel & Restaurant, Fannettsburg

My Sister and her Husband stayed here in December 2011. They said it was very nice, comfortable, and really enjoyed the food at the restaraunt. Everyone was very nice and I'm going next time!

My husband were driving all over Pa. last night looking for an antique store,we couldn't remember the name,in a town we were not sure of the name,and you really helped us. We were treated very well,had great food for dinner and breakfast.We found the store today and picked up the tabel with no problems. Thank you all for your kindness,to two forgetful old grandparents.If it would not have been you, we would still be roaming around Pa. Thanks Jerry and Lynn Wasson; Ohio

The food has improved over the last 2 years. I only go in for breakfast. If the owner would let the girl who cooks breakfast 6 days a week be in charge of the kitchen like it should be done they could have a great business. He never lets her really do anything she wants to try, if he would get her some help and then get the hell out of her way he could have it all. The poor girl is over worked and under paid.

this restaurant was the worse that i ever been in.it was dirty, the food was terible,the waitress clothing was not a professional at all.never go again.

This is the Worst restaurant ever. Food was terrible and way over priced. My husband and I was stranded over the snow storm in ths small town. Asked a local where to eat and he gave me names of all area restaurant. So we went here. It was horrible. I told waitress it was horrible and she just said that she was sorry I asked for a manager and she said he wasn't there. She then suggested that we go to the Fannettsburg Inn. We are not to crazy about going into bars, but we did and so glad we did. What does that say about your buisness when the waitress suggests a different place to eat.

I must disagree with Kimba Roo, I have never had anything but excellent service, courteous, helpful folks at Lakeview. Bar is cheerful, comfortable laid back, good weekend entertainment. Maybe give it another try.

Food Stinks, not cooked right and you get served half hour after you order and its cold. I know many people that have gotten sick from eating there. They have a bar in another section of restaurant, but want to serve beer in restaurant part, and thats not a good idea, and never seen a friendly person working there. Also prices of food is way expensive and not worth it.
