Stopped in for lunch on Super Bowl Sunday. Service was fine, the pasta was really good and the meat sauce tasty and not sweet. Pizza smelled good from afar but I didn't have any. It's right across the street from the Quality Inn, and worth walking across the street.
People who work there are very nice. Prices are getting a littlle out of hand though. $14.00 for 2 subs? Come on now. 10-11 more exceptable. I mean if had more to them maybe ok then. I like there food just not so much on the prices.
Years ago this was the best place around for a good sub. I recently won a $5.oo gift certicate. I ordered 2 Italian subs and after paying an additional $9.00- which is about the price of any other shop for 2 subs)- the subs were awful. There was hardly any meat, or anything else for that matter. The bread was hard as a rock. You've cured me A&M!!! Note this was the 7th & Lehman St. shop. I have not visited the one on Quentin Rd. and I want to be fair to their other shops in town.
I love this place. There pizza and subs are great but my favorite is their ceaser salad. They give you home bread, like you get your sub on and they give you a lot of chicken. You have to stop by. This is a family owned pizza place. All of the differnet locations are always clean and the people are very nice and polite.
It is a must try!!!
If you are from the Lebanon area than you are familar with the A&M restaurants through out the area and for anyone that has not had a chance to taste something from there I recommend it! The best subs, salads, pizza even fountain sodas :) One of my favorite places to go when I am hungry for that sandwich where noone can come close..
A & M is more than a family owned pizza store. Sandwiches on home made bread, salads, all the entrees from a fancy restaurant for eat in or take out, wings, beer. It is a clean, efficient, courteous, eager to please, family restaurant, AND they have the best pizza in town. Glad we discovered them shortly after moving to the area.
This place is great, nice people, GREAT food, clean enviornment. You MUST try their tiramisu dessert and their fried calimari... its to die for! I dare you to order something off the menu that isn't pizza, you'll love it! Even their salads are tasty , and i HATE eating salad!
