China Wok Chinese Restaurant, State College

I had lunch buffet in China Wok. They never refilled food. The lunch buffet is from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and I got there around 1:00. Food was was already almost gone and I finished my first plate around 1:15. No food. I had to rake the leftover. I finished my second plate 1:30. They saw that there was no food but did not seem to refill it. I had no other option to leave this so-called buffet! I was wondering if I was having a buffet. There is no customer service. The waitress and at the same time the registerer seemed gloomy and sullen. I really love Chinese food but I cannot recommend this place at all.
