I have been ordering food from this restaurant for a long time, more than 20 years. Today they made a mistake on 11/10/2009. When I called them to notify them of the mistake they claimed that there wasn't anything they could do. As a customer of so long I demanded some action. My nephew called them again after they hung up on me and he was told that it wasn't possible that they made any such mistake and that I was instead mistaken. I implore anyone looking for good food and customer service to seek out such elsewhere. The review wouldn't let me rate it with 0 stars or I would have. This is the first time I have ever been treated like this by an organization and hopefully it is the last time I am mistreated by a company that i have trusted for as long as I have them.
