Johns Wildwood Pizzeria
Johnac2s Wildwood Pizzeria has been serving Edinboro and Erie the best pizza, hoagies, wings, fries, salads, and great memories since 1979. John Bellucci began his pizza-making odyssey in 1979 as a delivery-man before purchasing the shop from the original New Jersey based owners and revitalizing the menu, recipes and business plan.
I grew up in Edinboro and I absolutley love Johnnie Wilds Pizza. I moved to NC about three years ago and whenever my parents come to visit they bring me some down ... doesnt even matter that its cold its at its best as a leftover. Keep up the great pizzas and enormous calzones (still yet to find one bigger and tastier).
I have lived in Edinboro for 3 years now, and John's is the best pizza I have tasted since I've lived here in my opinion. I'd rather have John's than Pizza Hut anyday. I have NEVER been a fan of wings in my life but ever since i tasted John's wings I have been hooked & I get cravings for them like a pregnant woman...So, to sum it all up, in my opinon if ur hungry and u want something hot & good, go or order out from John's Wildwood Pizza in Edinboro...Watch after u have some of John's Pizza & Wings you'll have their # programed in your phone like I do....
Johns is the best you will ever have! and by the way their bathrooms are decent dont judge by others words my step father is john and he works hard to satisfy his customers he is the most hard working man you will ever see he is the nicest man in the world try john's buffalo sub if u love spicy things i crave it almost everyday i dont know one person who dislikes johns but if u do your nuts !!!!!!!!
John's is probably the most recognizable name for off campus eating. Of the 5 years I attended Edinboro, every year I had orderd countless times from Johns. Their pizza is okay. Their other hot sandwhiches are decent. But their Tenders and Fries are to die for.
My personal favorite dressing is Ranch and they have some of the best ranch dressing i have ever tasted. More than likely they get it from some bulk supply, but it is always good with their fries and tenders.
There are many fond and fuzzy memories of ordering from Johns after a long night of partying and recieving food from them. There's nothing better after a long night of drinking then John's chicken and fries.
Eating there isn't exactly a 5 star facility, but it gets the job done. However... their bathrooms, from what I have heard, are disgusting. Of the 5 years I was up there, I never did my buisness there. But from what I've heard from other people, I'm glad I didn't.
John's is the best pizza in Edinboro, but in a town with so little to offer pizza veterans, it's not hard. If you go to school at EUP, avoid the other places like the plague - they'll overcharge you and their food isn't nearly as good. But it's just a pizza, not too much more. The wings are good, but there are better in Erie (The Lube), Grove City (Little Brother's) and Pittsburgh (LOOK AROUND!). The calzones are probably the best thing on the menu, especially if you build your own. Overall, you'll likely enjoy your meal, but if you have high ambitions you might want to drive a little further for something better.
