Great little small town home cooking restaurant. Food is good and fresly made. Pies are wonderful. Soups are always great. Not gourmet but really good home cooking. And decor is interesting and enjoyable to look at. The couple of bad reviews are a mystery to me. I have eaten there too many times to count and always leave with a good meal and a fair price.
Went to this restaurant for the first time and had a great experience. The waitress we had was very friendly and competent. The food was hot, very good and of generous portions. You won't leave there hungry. Don't pass up a piece of one of their many homemade pies while you are there. DELICIOUS!! We are definately planning to return and we recommend it to anyone.
Our visit was just annoying. We were annoyed that the service was almost nonexistant, and the servers were obviously annoyed they were actually expected to wait on us. We got the distinct impression that if one isn't a regular or a friend of the restaurant, he isn't welcome. And we paid for that??
