TGI Friday's, Washington

This used to be one of the better experiences in town, however, recently the quality of the food, service and value have suffered. I wonder if management has changed or if some other factor is at play. It is still a good resturant and I would recommend any of their Jack Daniels meals.

My husband and I love the food at TGI Friday's. The food is great and no matter what entree we get we always get the same appetizer~tostado nachos and we both get a cup of french onion soup. However, when we order 3 courses we always have to remind the waiter/waitress to not bring them all at once. WE ALWAYS FEEL RUSHED!! I like to enjoy myself and take my time while eating dinner. How can you do that with all the food on the table at once!!! Our experience on 12/29/05 was just this. Although the food came to fast, the manager spoke with us and he said that he would take care of us. We received our bill and he had taken $30 off of the bill!! Now that is taken care of the customer!
