Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano, Victor

First, after we had our soup, the empty bowls sat there and so did our empty water glasses. When the waiter finally appeared again, He said that he would get some refills.He came back with the water pitcher and said oh i can leave the pitcher for you. I said that would be great, as he wondered off with the pitcher in his hand. I was then brought out a sausage stromboli. I told the person brining this out, that i did not order that, and then waiter came over and said oh that should be a pizza He took the stomboli away, and returned a couple of minutes later and sai that they would make the pizza and it would be a few minutes. I told him to cancel the pizza that i did not want it, because i did not want to wait. He asked if i wanted anything else, and i told him no. Then Dave, the manager came over and said i hear we messed up your orer, i acknowledged that, and he said can i get you anything. I again said no thanks. He said how about a piece of lasagna, that is my favorite diner, and i can hook you up really quickly. I assumed he was being nice, so i said ok i would try the lasagna. He said he would not charge me for the pizza or the lasagn, and i said ok fine. He brought out the lasagna, and asked my daughter(whose birthday it was) and I if we wanted to take the stromboli home, since it was just sitting in the kitchen. Again, I thought he was trying to be nice and give good customer service, so i said sure.The stromboli was brought out in a box and placed on the table. My daughter and I finsihed eating and the waiter broguth us the bill. On the bill it showed the lasagna added in and then complimented, and the stromboli was included in the total on the bill I told the waiter that I will not pay for the stromboli, first of all i did not order it, and Dave said we could have it, since it was just sitting there anyways. He said he would fix it and took the bill. He returned an dsaid that he took the stromnboli off the bill, and then asked for the boxed stromboli back. I told him to do what he had to do, and that this was a joke. First you ask me if i want it, and then charge me for it, then take it back. He proceeded to take it back. Then Dave came over again and asked what was wrong I told him that the stromboli was on my check. He said the waiter took the stromboli because i was offended it was on the table, I said no I was offended that it was on my bill. Again, I told Dave to do what ever he had to. He started saying that he never said that he would not charge me and that he said he was going to make me a deal and not charge me for the pizza, which makes sense since i never saw the pizza. I told him that I would not return to this restaurant anad this was handled like a joke to which he replied that iw your choice. I cant beleive and have never seen such a terrible display of customer service in my life. Even my daughter who is 19, said is this a joke? I guess if that is how Biaggis handles their customers and mistakes made by them, then I have no businees being in there, and will let everyone I can know about this joke of an experience. Thank You

I like the atmosphere and lighting. It is elegant - yet casual and compfortable. The bread basket and dipping oil at the table is a great touch and the best part is they'll let you take some of the bread home! The pasta dishes are out of this world and they prepare a great filet mignon (rare of course) and the salmon is good too. I have been 3 times and will go back again and again.

I love the Black Fettucine with Lobster at Biaggi's. I also think they have a very decent wine list, everytime I am in the area, I try to eat at Biaggi's.

Overpriced, poorly prepared Italian food. My personal handicap is probably the fact that I am straight from Italy and I know what Italian food should taste like. This is definetly not it. With that being said, we were given a gift certificate to the place. It was 4 PM and the place was just about deserted when we went. My husband ordered a pasta dish - totally un-remarkable. I chose the ossobuco at $24.00. It tasted as if it had been made at least two days prior and, icing on the cake, it was still frozen in the middle, for which I had to wait almost 1/2 hour!! A much apologetic manager did take it off our bill and brought out my second choice (a passable pasta with aurora sauce and shrimp) but I simply could not believe that they would dare charge that much in the first place for the ossobuco(which is only $3/lb) and have the gall of serving it after it sat around for days .. still frozen. Never again. The only reason why I gave this place 2 stars instead of one is the manager's courtesy.

We really enjoyed the food at Biaggi's! We went there on a Friday night for a rehersal dinner and were very impressed! I didn't think the service was the best of the best, as we had elderly people and children in our party and the family style dishes were really heavy, but we helped them. The servers were good to refill the wine glasses! We had the stuffed mushrooms and the crab and lobster dip for starters. Wow! Next we had Caesar salad. Then for the pasta course we had black fettucine with lobster, it was delicious. The food didn't stop coming! For our entree we had some sort of chicken with a balsamic sauce to die for AND egglant parmesan. I couldn't even attempt the eggplant as there was so much food. Finally there was tiramisu or creme brulee for desert, neither of which I tried as I was completely safisfied. I would definitely recommend Biaggi's for family or entertaining. We really enjoyed our visit! I see there are multiple locations throughout the states and will go again soon!

I've been going to this particular Biaggi's for a while and overall the service has been pleasant. The atmostphere is comfortable. You can be there with a date or with your family. The food lately has been hit or miss. I went to Biaggi's in November and then again this past Friday (Jan 16). Both times I ordered the Black Fettucine with Lobster. In November I received lobster this time I received some Lobster with bits of imitation Lobster mixed in. The sauce is still excellent but I was disappointed with the Lobster. I hope that was an off night and the food will be better the next time I go back.

Biaggi's makes you feel welcome whether in jeans or dressed to the nines. Fabulous food, great service, elegant but never stuffy, private group seating available and all at reasonable prices!

My sister, husband & I love this place! We were just there abour 3 weeks ago. We all get something different and then try each other's choice. The prices are very reasonable for the helpings! Can't wait to go back there again and again and again!
