Ponderosa Steakhouse, Geneva

Since this Ponderosa has been rebuilt, the food has been very poor, It wasn't too bad in the beginning, but has progressivly gotten worse. over cooked, cold, & dried out, tastless, and just last week we went for the new Spring menu, and there were only 2 items different on the salad bar, No cups for soup. burnt buns, and the dishes were not being kept full had to ask to have food dishes refilled. There didn't seem to be anyone in charge. We were there on last Friday, 04-08-05. Some kitchen help appeared unneat and unclean. anoying loud talking coming from kitchen. Desert table very messy. Sorry to say our experience was not very good and we don't intend to go back there. We were imbarrased to take out oput of town friends there.
