Tom Yum is THEE best in the area...
First off the other reviewer must have his taste buds malfunctioning. There's alot of thai places in the area, and seems each one excells just a bit more than the other on one or two items. The Tom Yum here is one of them, as is the Tom kar Ghai...both I reccommend.
Generally, I don't like a place that does 2 or more types of food (ie. chinese/thai, or japanese/thai, etc etc) But this is an exception... they do Vietnamese a few steps fancier than the average PHO joint (which I AM a fan of), so it's a bit unique in the vietamese side of the menu. The thai is consistantly excellent...I can't resist stopping really often.
And the staff are friendly... I've seen 'em being so nice even with the most clueless ignoramous customers... always polite and good at answering questions or making selections.
It DOES get busy...(because it's so GOOD).. so heads up on that.
Mango curry, when in season will rock your sox. Try it.
