Food was weird looking

I had chicken delivered to me and the meat was a strange color. It looked like the meat had not been stored correctly and was going bad.

Dissapointed- the worse chinese food i've ever tasted, the chicken was half raw and didn't even tasted like chicken when they gave it to me.
