Located in Buffalo's West Side, this venerable restaurant has been serving homemade pasta and other Italian delicacies since 1921, when the area was home to numerous Italian families. Today, it caters to anyone looking for authentic Italian food at affordable prices in a relaxed environment. The dishes consist of your basic staples including pasta e fagiole, homemade pastas, veal parmigiana, gnocchi, and spaghetti & meatballs. West Side attractions include Kleinhans Music Hall , Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra , and Buffalo State College . Cash only.

Santaseiros has been great since I was a little girl - I love the speghetti sauce it has a one of a kind taste. The stuffed shells , the speghetti , the pasta fagoli are a few of my favorites. The prices are amazing for the size potion you get . I always end up getting two meals out of one dish. The peppers and the bread just top off a great meal. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is always warm and welcoming . If you love pasta you need to go to Santaseiros !

Santasiero's Restaurant is the best!

Whenever I am in the area I stop for the Pasta Faggoli. I get the full portion with the hot peppers and fresh Italian Bread and I'm in heaven. My wife loves the Eggplant Parm. For the price you won't find better quality Italian Food. In fact, at a higher price you'd have a hard time just matching the quality!

Take a look in the open kitchen, sit by a radiator in the winter, watch as the waitress takes the take-out orders on the pay phone in the corner. This place screams THE BEST IN BUFFALO!!! before you even take a bite of their AMAZING food. Order from the menu on the wall or try a 'Meatball on Italian covered with sauce and baked parmigian' and you will have a true treat for only $5.00. My family raves about the Pasta Fasoola also.

Great food, super portions, great pricing. You can't go wrong at this restaurant. The only problem is they don't serve coffee so you can never "finish the meal",

Good Italian Food

Great Italian food, huge portions for cheap. Old time atmosphere with an old man bar. All the food is great-but the Pasta Fazool-is the best in the world Does not take credit cards - bring cash.

myself and family wouldn,t go back if the food was free, we tried meatballs and pasta , pasta was overdone and old,meatballs were burned and the sauce was not good, and they don,t serve coffee.

Ridiculous pasta e fagiole. So good, I would love to take it to a lab and have them figure out the recipe. But then, why bother. You can eat there for $7 !! Highly recommended. I have been eating there for the 8 years I have lived in Buffalo. I true Buffalo treasure.
