This is in response to the person who talked about the carnival band. I too have mixed feelings about it. I probably need a little more education on carnival. Do you know that in the USA, many religous denominations come out on carnival day singing praises. I guess the trend has just started here. Trinidad is a small country and am sure eventually,we can outnumber these bikini bands. We may not benefit from this trend now but our great great grandchildren will surely do. Fortunately, many young adults want to take part but not permitted by their parents. Yet they are allowing them to go out on the streets on the two days of carnival. to rebel. Think again. By the way I love this church very much.

Please do not bring out a Carnival Band. Carnival has change it is about money and not culture. The church did not consul with the people about this why?

I don't like that we don't have pews with kneels..... i strongly believe we should get it eg. st francis in sangre grande, i've been to masses there and i enjoy kneeling. I love that Monsenuour & Decon Devertile are always so good in explaining the hommly.. and the chior is good needs more soloist

My roots run very deep in the Carib Community from both my parents. Castellano and Lopez. I live abroad, but my heart remanins with the fellow members of the Carib community and the Santa Rosa Church. I have not been able to come home since my mother passed; but part of me will always be there.
