We love Picasso's. We usually order a Lg. pepperoni, which is actually the size of a sheet pizza, and it runs around $20 delivered. Wings are so-so. When you call in, they'll tell you 45 min. but we've almost always rec'd our delivery in under 30. Great job, Picasso's!
The last time I had pizza with the best crust, sauce and perfectly burnt pepperoni was in the haydays of Bocce Club Pizza on Clinton Street in Buffalo. Picasso's wings are crisp and HUUUUGE and delicious!! Don't forget to balance out dinner with a salad!!
Cook your pizza, be consistent!
Your pizza used to be worth the extra money....not anymore.
I ordered a large and a medium an hour ago they both were sloppy and we couldn't even put a piece from the box to the plate without all the sauce, what little cheese and the sparsely placed peppers sliding off the half cooked dough onto the plate. I just had to put them in my oven to COOK just to eat them. I ordered them with cheese, pepperoni and banana peppers on 1/2 the large. There were slices that had no peppers on them on the side with peppers. I've ordered many, many pizzas and wings for meals and for parties from Picasso's over 8 of the last 9 years. I stopped about 8 or 9 months ago because they were consistently inconsistent (sometimes cooked, most times not...got tired of cooking them again in my oven). I've since been going to another pizza parlor and tonight I thought I'd give them another chance. Well...good luck Picasso's you lost a chance getting back another customer. If you have new management, you might want to hire back the old.
I would have called them to complain but as I had in the recent past it got me nowhere.
It's the most expensive around, but often worth the price. Don;t expect friendly service at the counter, often on Friday and saturday nights there are about 20 people running around in back swearing at each other, and not helping the customers. But, like I said, the food is awesome!
