THis is the place where you may want music on the plate but it is not all that true. Heck its not even in the air. The way to a a true italian dish is in the sauce. Here the sauces are ok. Thats all. Ok if you need a place to go and for a family atmosphere, but moms cooking is at home.
Kinda Hard to give this resturant a review, the food was good the prices are very good. But The service we had was Horrible, worst service we ever had from a waitress. She ignored me a few times on my refill of a drink, and took forever to bring my girlfriend a refill. She stood and talked for over a half hour to another couple that came in. My friend wanted coffee, my dad wanted a refill on coffee. She came with the pot filled up one cup and took off, didn't even take a second to look at the empty cups and my dad waiting. Off she went, but she brought the pot with her to her Friends table, ready to pour more coffee for them. They didn't even want it. Poor Service, I hope someone from Tony's reads this and does something about Jeanie or Gene if i spelled it right.
This one has stood the test of time!! Im 52 and went there with my mom & dad when I was only 15-16 yrs old... They still have the same great dinners that they have always had. It's so nice to see a great resturant make it that long, and that doesn't happen unless the food & service is good. Here is to you Sparagna's
We were introduced to Tony Sparagna's by a friend who is a local, and we love it! It is truly a wonderful Mom-and-Pop type Italian restaurant with great food, huge portions, and very reasonable prices.
