My wife had a really bad experience at this IHOP. I contacted thier district/area manager who made all kinds of BS promises. In the end, the local IHOPpers aren't any different than thier bosses who promised to send coupons, and never did. Stupid from the bottom all the way up! I like IHOPs as a general rule, but this store ought to be burned.

Dreadful

We went for breakfast on July 4th. We had to wait 20 minutes, which I expected. While waiting, I went to the bathroom and counted 12 empty tables. After finally sitting down, we had to wait another 20 minutes to get our food. The food arrived cold. I had ordered strawberries on my french toast and they were frozen -- frozen like in ice. Also, there was a tiny insect crawling on my napkin. Service was OK, can't really blame her. It would behoove IHOP to pay their staff a living wage so they'll come in on holidays. Nothing pleasant about this experience.
