Paladino's Pizza, Syracuse

I agree with most of the posts. Best Pizza in Syracuse! Been eating there over 25 years. Live in the mid-west now, but have Paladino's phone # on speed dial so that I can order when the plane lands and pick it up on the way to my folks!!

These reviews are not plants, this is the best pizza you will find in syracuse by far. There are a couple other places that are decent, but they don't hold a candle to Paladino's. I have been going there for almost 20 years, and have never been disappointed.

The best pizza in Syracuse - I am from Long Island where pizza is great and this is similar - I love their cheese and crust. By far the best in the area!

I just moved to Syracuse and have been looking for the best pizza in town. I tried Paladino's based on all of the five-star ratings it had received here on Yahoo. Unfortunately, the other ratings and reviews must be planted... because Paladino's pizza is not anything special (it is two star pizza). The pizza has lots of dough to compensate for everything else it lacks (like taste). Where was the sauce? I found a few smears of sauce below the cheese, but you couldn't taste the saw. The cheese is lower quality, high grease content cheese - the grease gives the pizza the majority of its taste. And then dough, well, I've had supermarket pizza dough that tasted better. Toppings not fresh - mushrooms clearly from a can. By far the worst pizza I have had in Syracuse to date - even Wegmans' store pizza is better. Staff at Paladino's was friendly though, service was quick. Shame about the quality of the product though, very disappointed.

By far the best pizza and pasta in central New York. Have been going there for 18 years, and have never once been disappointed.

Best pie in town by a long mile. Can't think of anyone close. Twin trees has a good gourmet style pizza also, but they're expensive. Paladino's has great New York style pizza for a good price. Del-lish!

I've only had Paladino's for a few months, but its the second best pizza place I've ever been to (1st is in a small town in Ohio). I'm grabbing a couple slices for dinner tonight and googled them to see when they close and found this and felt the need to submit my review. My mouth is watering just thinking about their pizza. The garlic knots are great too. I might try the wings after reading 1 review saying how good they are.

Great Pizza. Reminds me of a good pizza you can get on Staten Island. Tastes the way a pizza should. on a side note: I got my car stuck in snow and one of the guys was nice enough to give me a push. A+ - Andrew

I have to say that this is the best pizza I have ever had. The wings arent too bad either. The consistency is there too as I have frequented this joint on many occasions without one complaint. I dont know what they do different but this is hands down the best pizza in the area and would easily rival any NYC pizza joint!
