Chuck E Cheese's, Syracuse

we had a party of 22, 13 adults and 9 kids on Feb 26th @ 12pm saturday. I had to buy 2 cakes becuz they were too small, We had to ask twice for and speak to a manager to get out goody bags & ballons, our ice cream & tokens, Chucky didnt visit our table and the musical show was for 5 parties,my son could barely see it! we were rushed the entire time, and our table was getting cleaned and 22 peoples stuff moved to a booth while we were still eating for a party of 5 to use our table. I spent $250. on a horrible experience both tables on either side of me were aso complaining about the treatment I will never go to chuck E Cheeses again and I will speak against going there to anyone I can every chance I get, no single mother with a minimum wage job who scrapes to spend $250 on a special party for her child should be treated and humiliated as I was and all of my guests were! No one should for that matter! Never Again!!!
