I have been going there since I was a kid and they were originally in the same plaza but next to the defunct Genesee Theater. Atmosphere after the move is more subdued and darker but the food and service make up for it. Prices are comparable to other places. Do not usually buy the buffet during lunch times but the times I have its been good but to be fair its limited. You can always order the normal choices plus they have several lunch specials and combo plates if you want more bang for your buck. Hot and sour soup is good but sometimes inconsistant but thats the only food flaw I find. Dinner menu is expanded with a variety of choices. highly recommend the dragon and the phoenix, prawns amazing or orange beef. As for vegatarians and dietiers, they havwe some great choices on the menu including a great tofu stir fry. Best soup to get is the hot and sour or hot and sour seafood soup for two.
