Go for the pierogis!! This is far and away the BEST place in Syracuse for pierogi. Each one, made fresh, by hand and with love. Sauteed in real butter with onions. They also make their own Ukranian Kielbasa, again, John is the expert in this area.
The restaurant is clean but plain, perhaps on the cluttered side. The salad is average, the bread is fresh. You will be sitting there, wondering why on earth this place was recommended, UNTIL the entree comes out. Then my friend, you will become a devotee. It will become clear with each delicious bite that you will come back again and again.
