Please delete this review. I didn't kn ow I was writing about the Santa Fe, and wrote about a different restaurant instead. I reported myself for abuse and tried to explain it to the Yahoo! people, and I hope that they will delete it or not put it up. Thank you.
The Santa Fe is really a great restaurant. I have yet to take my fiancee' there, but I'm planning on going back shortly for a 'girls night out' with some friends. The only real complaint that I have from the many, many times that I've dined there is that is just a -touch- to crowded. Even so, the ambiance and the atmosphere come through nicely. You can eat outside on the front porch in good weather, and watch life in Tivoli (Which can get pretty...interesting...at times.) go by. The menu is all Mexican, and all spectacular. Those who love standard favorites such as quesadillas and nachos, won't be dissapointed, but neither will those who are looking for something more substantial. The food is tastey and well presented. The service is pretty good, your plates come with a smile, and the staff is very nice. The bartenders know how to mix their drinks, making the bar a great place to hang out on a Friday or Saturday night. For those of you who are looking for a more quite dining experience, try coming on a weeknight, or during the afternoon, because the Santa Fe can get pretty crowded. It's one of the most sucessful restaurants in Tivoli, and with good reason. You get what you pay for, the food is good, and the service comes with a smile. I still always look forward to going, no matter how many times I've been there.
